Sims 4 Glitching on windows 8.1 upgrade

i did an upgrade from windows 7 to 8.1 and re-installed my Sims4, now i am having glitches and incomplete characters. Is there a way to fix this issue?, since then I have tried changing my PC resolution and done 3 un-installs and installs and it remains the same.

Hi Gaveez,

We'd like some more information about the problems you're having.
What card are you using and what version are the drivers. Are the video card drivers up to date?

Can you describe what glitches you're having in more detail? Just calling them glitches, doesn't really help in searching out the problem.

Photos or videos may help us troubleshoot the problem better.
