Can't Get the Cop Back Home

End of shift, sent her back to the police station and program took me to the screen where you select your household. I click on her house and the next screens shows me she is at the police station. I click on her and the programs takes me back to the screen where you select the household you want to play. I closed out the game and tried again....got the same loop. Help!
