I'm not a building pro but i guess it can work using fountain tool too.
I google image search that picture and found out that the author use careful planned move objects cheats for vanilla sprinklers.

Where are these vanilla sprinklers? or do you mean the water emitters?

I've just had a bit of a play with mixed results. I used the small dome water emitter in the fountain section. You can use a fountain on the ground level, but the higher one has to be a pool it seems. Not sure how they did it exactly because when you raise a water emitter, it has a distinct splash animation where the water would normaly hit the pool of water. It's late here (almost 10.30pm) so I'm off to bed. If I get a chance, I'll have another play tomorrow because I'd like to know how to do this too.  :D

Actually the creator has made a quite lengthy guide on his / her blog. It can be found here It also include youtube link to show you how to make the waterfall effects on the pool.

@dodi90 That link doesn't work. Could you try and fix it? I searched and only found the page for the house https://bryscreations.wordpress.com/2015/01/06/moody-blues/ but it only mentions that MOO was used to create the waterfall and does not go into any detail. The video she links to is only a walk through the house showing it off, nothing about how anything was done.

I'm sorry for misleading everyone. I didn't research the link first. Well if you really want you can download the house and see how the waterfall works.

lol, I caved and downloaded the house. She uses the spraying water emitters and a number of other very clever items using MOO.

That's a good idea. It can be used to make a nice addition for your pool. Just something I put together in a few minutes playing around with the idea. I can imagine what some of the talented builders could come up with.
