Wild Plants being already identified

I need some help with plant identification and the Outdoor Enthusiast milestone requiring all of them to be identified:  What happens if I were to get any of the plants pre-identified (such as by purchasing them from one of the Cottage Living vendors)?  How do I complete that milestone under that condition?

You still must find them in the wilderness of Granite Falls. The plants will not be identified there. There is no cheating finding the wild plants other than mods and console commands.
