Death on another lot
« on: January 29, 2011, 06:55:52 PM »
Hi All,
So just a few moments ago, my legacy founder died, (very sad), but he did so on the lot of his son who I moved out. The Urn was on the floor in the house, and I have no idea how to get it so I can start the family grave yard?  I tried managing the dead at the graveyard, but his grave wasn't there...
Any Ideas?
Thanks!

Sometimes, for some strange reason, I found if I went to the graveyard the next day, the gravestone was there.  If you did it right after they passed away, it might have not had time to get there.  Then there have been times it was there right away.  Other than that, if it does not show up, not sure what else you could do.  Good luck on retrieving it. :)

Thanks, I guess I'll wait a day or two to see if the grave appears. *fingers crossed*

Have you gone back to the son's house to see if it's there?  Depending on whether he died indoors or outdoors, you may find the urn or grave in the spot where he died.
