Retail perks does not work

Hi everyone!

I purchased cheaper restocking from the retail perks but it does not seem to work, my restocking fee is still the same. Do I need to apply the perks in another menu after purchasing or is there something else I am not doing right here?
Any advice is appreciated!

Try saving and quitting and then check in-game again. Sometimes the game just needs a refresh.
