Any Sims 4 town have a library?

Dumb question, but one of the options for transitory whims for my sims is "go to library and research/read". And I'm unable to find a library (except for bookcases in rec room at the main town park).
Any ideas? Or have I gone completely blind?

There is a library in Willow Creek - left bottom when you look at the map.
