Did someone collect all Medal and Trophy?

I am building a new house with a room for storage of medal and trophy. However, I'm still missing the following:
  • Epic Hero Medal for Firefighter completed the hospital disaster scenario.
  • Hero Trophy for Firefighter completed the science facility disaster scenario, and
  • Valor Trophy for Firefighter completed fighting angry gnome.

My Sim worked in Firefighter career for a few hundreds day. However, these three events never occurred.
