Lifetime Wish Glitch?

My young adult sim has never held a job, but has met her lifetime wish which was to be a firefighter superhero. The 30,000 reward points did not show up in the lifetime happiness panel either. She had not spent any lifetime reward points up to that point. I have been working hard to build her skills to begin this career and now it seems useless.   

Is there a cheat to reset it? Would moving her to another town reset it maybe?

Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea to what happened that caused this or do I chalk it up to another glitch in the game?

You could try using the change lifetime wish reward which costs 10,000 HP. Change your sim's wish to something else then change it back. Hopefully that will make it so that your sim never achieved that wish.

You could use the "testingcheatsenabled true" cheat and take your sim into CAS and change their wish there. This is the only way I know of that doesn't use Lifetime Happiness Points. The solution that another user has given above works but it costs the points that could be used for other perks.
