World adventures photography problems?

My sim is a photographer and has a lot of photos on his camera (the one from Eygpt) and now it won't let me take any photos on the camera or the cellphone for any of my sims unless it's a self portrait.
Is there a limit to how many photographs you can take? My sims are in France and my one sim wants to get to a level 10 photographer  (currently level and every time I try to take a picture the action freezes and nothing happens. Is this normal?

Try selling the photos, quitting and reloading, or buying a different camera from buydebug.
