Cooking 100% of Recipes

So this may have been asked before, and if so I apologize for a repeat. I'm playing a chef, and I want her to supermax the cooking skill as well as learning every single recipe. She's at level 10, read all the cookbooks in the town store, and learned all the recipes from each WA location. Yet she's only at 97% of recipes known. What have I missed?

Kind of an old thread, and I'm not sure if this still matters to you or not, but are there any other cooks in town that she can Trade Kitchen Secrets with? If there's a missing recipe, you might be able to learn it from someone else.

Watching the Cooking Channel can also yield the same result.

Other than that, I dunno.
