Sims 3 Lifetime wish got changed out of no where

Hello,

I'm currently on the latest patch and I loaded a save game and my lifetime wish changed from Adopt 6 strays to something else.
I was able to change it back in the "Edit sim in CAS" but the progress was lost. I had 3/6 adopted.

There are no mods installed. I have all the expension except the lastest 3.

Why did it change?
Is there a cheat or something that NRaas has to adjust the progress?
