I'm planning to to have a sim do the Boss career and have been looking a lot at the Criminal career page. It contains a minor typo which refers to Boss requirements that no longer exist.
It's the first sentence under the "Oracle Career" subheading.

The Oracle Career will have your Sim focusing on Hacking, heavily, as well as making Viruses on the Computer. You still need to work on Mischief here, but Oracles are nowhere near as mean as Bosses and do not need to make enemies.

Only the Master of Mischief and Public Enemy aspirations require enemies now, but not the Boss career.

Oh man, so many little ones might still be in there, though I tried to clean them up last year. I can imagine some players who got it after that careers overhaul must think I'm crazy.

Haha, I doubt it. It's gone unnoticed for this long because it's not a game-breaking detail.
