World Creator Question

So far so good with the world building, but I have a question about the public library for anyone that might know.  I can't find that or the gym, so I'm assuming I need to build those myself.  No problem.  With the Library though, will it automatically be stocked with all books so long as I assign that particular lot to be a library?  Do I need to use every sort/a specific sort of bookshelf to accomplish that?  Any info would be great, the tutorial didn't mention this, and where I suppose I can always take control of a Sim when the world is complete and give them money to go and stock the library via the bookstore, I'm thinking there must be a simpler way.

To have those free skill books in the libraries you have to place the "Book Corral" out (it looks kind of like a glass bookshelf).

Awesome thanks!  I think I stuck that one in there since I liked the design.  I'm just starting out. have a City Hall, Book Store, Grocery Store, and half-built Library, but I always loved building my own maps in Starcraft.  This is FAR more meticulous and interesting though.

Any advice for a noob?
