I know another shortcut for getting nectar makers and other doodads. if you type in buydebug and go to the extras area scroll down until you see the nectar maker and you can buy it without having to go all the way to Paris and back. You can do the same thing with Martial Arts training dummies and board breaking thing.

Do you remember to have 'testingcheatsenabled true' on? Remember as well that you only see the question mark category when you sort by function.
