Non-Stop twins and triplets Bug - Fixed!!

My sim has been pregnant three times and had Girl, boy (in that order) twins each time! This last time I got her pregnant just to have a single child. Now I'm curious if she would have twins again! Anyone else having this issue?

This bug should be fix with January's patch.

This is a known issue or bug as some call it. It's been happening since this last patch.

It doesn't sound like there is a fix at the moment. But if you're willing to use a mod, there is a mod to "fix" the problem for the time being.

Been having the same issue with the sims in my neighborhood, since the Holiday Patch each and every time any of my sims gives birth it is ALWAYS twins (a variety of girl-girl, boy-girl, and boy-boy twins). It has come to a point where my sims are having so many multiples it is not realistic towards my neighborhood's story progression. Sooo.... what I have been doing as of lately is if a sim has a set of twins I will make one of the twins age up and then I go to CAS mode for that particular family and delete one of the twins.
