The sims 3 registration help

Hey. Hi. Please help me i have had the sims 3 for a while now with a few expantions and it worked perfectly. Then my computer wiped. I dont mind restarting my games but now i cant even play. I have logged into my origin account and have reinstalled all games with disc and when i press play it goes to launcher then i press play again but then it brings up a message and i have to put my registration codes in, i have already registered all my games but i did try and put them in again but it keeps on brining it up again and says re enter your code and it wont let me play the game. I have no idea what to do because i know for a fact all my games are registered.

Try the following:

• Uninstall the game and expansions.
• Run a registry cleaner such as CCleaner.
• Re-install the base game from disc and patch.
• Try launching the game again and see if you get the same error.

If you still get the error, or it happens again after installing the rest of your expansion/stuff packs, you'll want to contact EA customer support to see if they can assist you.
