Mac - Installation stopped at File 3

I uninstalled my game on my desktop because it wasn't working properly, But when I tried to reinstall it, the installation stopped at file 3. So I just went onto a laptop and played it but when the laptop started going slow I uninstalled it and we threw away the laptop(not just because it was going slow) Now that i've tried to reinstall it on my mac desktop it still won't work. Any advice?
