Click-Shift Mailbox Cheat

I try not to use them, but the "shift click mailbox" one doesn't seem to work. Testing cheats is enabled, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I don't think the 'shift click mailbox' is a cheat in TS4. Carls got a great guide about cheats here though.

Can you change the title of this thread? "Anyone who uses cheats" isn't very specific, and if you change it, it will help people find this thread better. You can do it by using the "modify" function, which is in the top right of your post.

Playalot, that was one of the ones Carls had listed for TS4.

I just check and shift clicking on the mailbox does work for me.
Do you get the cheat options when you click on your sim or tried other cheats to see if there working?
And just to check to enable cheats you are using testingcheats on and not testingcheatsenabled on like it was in The Sims 3.

Opps, sorry about that. It didn't work for me so I assumed it wasn't a 'thing'. Thanks for the info grimsoul 
It still doesn't work for me but my game is very glitchy because of a big save file. Well, I'm assuming that's the problem.

testingcheats on works in my game, but there isn't all the extra options like in Sims 3. I only use it if it's like 6-7 AM in my game because you can fill all the needs of your household/world but you can't just use it to drag one or two needs up like in previous games!
