User Interface Missing Information. Lost Control of Sims!

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I loaded my game after installing some Expansion packs and stuff packs and a world and noticed the User Interface has missing info and I can't control my Sims or pet. My simoleons have also gone to 0 and the game is very slow. One of my Sims keeps flicking between being asleep in bed to standing outside. Any help will be appreciated.

If none of those help, my best suggestion is to go back to a previous save if you have one.

Did you install everything in the right order? I had this issue a while ago after installing some new EP's. It turned out I had confused the release order and installed Pets before Generations. I had to reinstall everything, which wasn't fun, but it fixed the issue.
