Bonsai bush to bonsai tree?

I have a  bonsai bush plant but the option to convert it to a bonsai tree is greyed out .The option mention that is required an excellent plant or higher for conversion  but my bonsai bush was pristine and then perfect and still can't convert it .

I've only done the bonsai that you buy in build/buy so I can't really comment. Been watching myself to know if it's a bug I tend to not have the patience for gardening in this game (lol).

Yes I have the same problem.  During my testing, when my bonsai was "excellent" quality, I am able to convert it.  As soon as I evolve to "superb" quality, I cannot convert it, grey out option. 

This plant must be of Excellent quality or better to convert it into a Bonsai Tree. (well until EA fix this bug)

I was originally able to convert Bonsai trees, but ever since maybe a month ago, I have had the same exact problem. I've been wondering about it but not doing anything about it until now, since it's a pretty minor issue. I'm going to try to find an "excellent" bonsai bud and test it out.

This is an official bug on the EA site. Go click "Me Too" so we can get it fixed.
