Changing Weather problem

Hi , i've been looking for a cheat or pack to change the weather in my game , and i only found a cheat that starts with Ctr+shift+C and type "testingcheatsenabled true" and then i should click on the ground and change the weather ... but the problem here that i only find "teleport me here" .. this is the only option i find.

Any Suggestions or help would be thankfully great

Do you have Season installed? If you do then press Shift + anywhere on the ground and you should see the options to do with changing seasons/weather conditions. If you don't have the expansion pack I'm afraid you won't be able to do it.

If you buy Sims 3 Season, yes you can have weather and have the ability to control which season you have in the game options.
