How do i leave sims in the other country?

So my female sim got pregnant in France with the french man. She came back to her country and 2 baby girls were borN. The babies grew up to children, so now i want to go back to France and leave the kids with their dad. How is that possible? I had the idea: go back to france, not take care of the children so the government would take them, but ive got one more kid in my own country, and the government will take him too. But i want him to stay. What do i do? I really want to leave those french kids in france.

How about you marry the French guy. Then divorce and he moves out with his children? Not sure you can do this in France, though.
You may have to invite him over. That way they will be living in your home town, but not in your house.
