I just paid one and it was just a tad over $7,000. :)  Isn't it cool that we have to ask that now? :D  Bills are definietly something to consider now, more than I ever had to in the past.

I agree!

I think putting info on how much the bills are for the house would be a cool thing to do in the description ;)

You'd have to play in the house for at least a week to get the bills for it, unfortunately. :)  Plus now I have the frugal trait they should be less.

That is an absolutely gorgeous house.  I am stunned that you were able to match everything so well without Create-a-Style. @.@

Everything doesn't match exactly, but there's enough that are close that you can get what you want.  As I've said in the past, I look at it as real life and you're going to the shops and seeing what you can get in the colour scheme you're going for.  Unless you pay big money to a decorator and pick out all your fabrics, etc. you're going to find ways to make it work.

I really love all the verandas, they really add something special to the house.  :)

I love how you have used the freizes on the outside. I've looked at those trims and wanted to use them, but as yet, I can't come up with a house to use them.

Wow! My dream house Sim's style. My hubby and I are house hunting right now and would snatch this one up in a New York minute we found it. Really amazing Dellena!!
