How large is the game download?

My granddaughters are champing at the bit to download the game, but they only have 20 GB of data per month on their internet account, and their mother is concerned about how much the download will use. It's a new account, and they have no idea how long 20 GB will last them.

It is a little less than 9 GB. Depending on how much you're on the internet (and how much of the gallery your granddaughters want to download from) 10 GB for a month should be plenty, but if they like to stream, etc... It will keep things tight with their data plan.

Thank you. They've decided to wait until they get somewhere with unlimited access. They will have to content themselves with the Demo CAS until then.

They could purchase a physical copy of the game.

Then there's no massive download. There might be a small update, but it'll be a lot better than 9GB!

You can also purchase the physical copy and then enter the code into Origin and download it all.  If you have a fast internet line it's the best of both worlds

Thanks for the suggestion, but we live in a area where most of our shopping must be done online. Living on a tiny island may sound idyllic, but sometimes it can be a real pita!

You can order the physical copy of off amazon. That's what I did. I know the reality of not so good internet access all to well. Hope that if they get they really enjoy it!!

Check your usage the day before your month ends, if you have enough then download the game. It will then reset the next day and you don't have to worry
