License song

Does anyone know how to license a song? My sim have written 2 songs so far but I don't know how to get them licensed.

Your musician has to be at level 9. Click on the mailbox and the option should show up. You can only license one song per instrument per week.

I agree on the limitation considering writers can publish lots of books and it takes less time to write a book than to write a song.  But you can only license one song per instrucment per week.  Needs to change.
