There is currently no ask for promotion option since I believe they didn't assign a boss for your career even if you tried to befriend all the co-worker. The most easy thing to spot is by using GTW open work and you will realize that none of the co-worker are your actual boss.

@dodi90 so true! lol I didn't even think about that, I'm so 'into' my own sims I just imagined he was the boss even tho' he was only L4 when he started lol
