Changing lifespan?
« on: September 13, 2014, 05:05:48 AM »
Anyone know if I can change lifespan in the middle of a game?  I started a legacy but I'm finding it very difficult to complete aspirations on normal lifespan.  I know I can change it to long but will that mess up my game?
Thanks

I was able to switch to long lifespan with no problem.

You can switch back and forth without any problems. However, if you don't want your kids to age super slow, I recommend you wait until they are close to their birthday before turning it to long. Also, use manual age up to speed things along.

I really miss a 4th age setting that is in between normal and long (normal feels more like ts3 medium to me).

As everyone else said, yes you can. I did so when I realised how ** fast they were aging (and I was the type to play Sims 3 on super super super short life) Sims 4 -really- needs the custom life stage sliders.
