i downloaded the house from the sims 4 gallery but went in and edited it, replaced all furniture/ wall and floor patterns with that of my own liking.

Hi @dewmongo  looks good what you have done however I'd ask you to acknowledge the original builders name that the build was posted on the Gallery under as a common courtesy to the original builder please.  :)
