[BUG] Night time and festival attire (non-played sims)
« on: July 06, 2017, 09:35:52 PM »
Hey guys,

Just a slight bit more to get off my chest. In my game, townies are terribly dressed when they wander the streets at night. The outfits are not part of their wardrobe, so I can't edit anything. I seem to remember that they used to wear either their formal or party outfits at these hours. But now it's just completely random and exaggerated with gloves and hats, etc. It's also still an issue at the festivals. I really, really hope this will be addressed and fixed. It's not even funny anymore, just a major eyesore.

It looks like this is a fairly new bug..

[OPEN] [V] [CL] NPC Sims dress strangely
http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/OPEN-V-CL-NPC-Sims-dress-strangely/td-p/6082513

I am not finding any work-arounds or fixes at the moment, unfortunately. Crinrict says so far it seems to affect walk-bys if you have the vampire pack and/or festivals. But some are saying even with CL uninstalled it's still happening.

They may (?) be looking for effected saved games if you're willing to share them, you may want to post something in the thread and ask about that, if you're willing to share your saved game. Click the Me Too under the first post in the thread.

I made a post about this bug here http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/forum/index.php?topic=26222.0 Ninidigo. It requires a developers fix and SimGuruArvin has acknowledged they are aware of it.
