Gnomes
« on: September 07, 2014, 01:31:16 AM »
Has anyone else found any? I fished a "No Place Like Gnome" out of the water at Sylvan Glade, but when I got home and was going to get it out of her inventory and have a look at it and take a picture, it wasn't there  :(

I think there is a garden gnome or two in Outside Decorations category of Buy mode. But I haven't been out in the world much collecting either.

The gnome you fish up is kept in your family inventory in build mode, not your inventory.
Feel free to add me on Origin & the Sims 3 site: Enchanted81

Johnny Zest has a garden gnome in his yard, but I think that's just the regular decorative item.

arhhh thanks Enchanted, I found him. Now to see if they behave (or misbehave) like they have in previous games.

So this is No Place Like Gnome

I am SOOOOO hoping they have the comical gnomes like in TS3.  As you know they were my favorites.

Oh, no.  I have him and all the others you can buy as well.  I'm talking about the live gnomes that had babies, aged, died and left tombstones.  The ones that were really fun to watch.  Each expansion pack had a new and different gnome and they all had their adorable tricks and traits and personalities.  I did a lot of research on them.

I know the ones you mean Joria. I was hoping the No Place Like Gnome that I fished out of the pond would be one of them, but alas, he is still just standing on the verandah right where I put him  :(

I knew gnomes did silly stuff, but I didn't know they had babies, aged, died and left tombstones! lol
