Can the game's language be changed?

I'm not 100% sure this topic is in the right place, if not, sorry.

I bought the game trough Origin and it automatically installed in my native language, but I prefer it to be in its original English, to avoid translation problems, which will likely be a lot, given The Sims 3 history.

Is there any way to do it? I don't mind if I have to reinstall it and/or lose save games, sims & stuff.

You can choose language, but it needs to be done in origin before you download and install the game! It automatically downloads and installs in the language you have chosen for origin.

The only way to fix this once you have it installed in the wrong language is to uninstall and re-install after you have made the change. Unfortunately you also need to re-download the game.
