Turning off the blue pop up tips

Not sure if this has been asked yet, so my apologies in advance if it has, but I want those turned off. They're constant. I looked in options and nothing jumped out at me to do so.

I hear ya...they are annoying.  Unfortunately, I dont know how to fix it either.

Go to Origin and click on your game.
Click on the gray i
Select "Game Properties"
Type --no_tutorial in the box.
Hit Apply.

I just did this, now off to my game to see if it works.

Apparently this needs to be done at the beginning of each game as it doesn't save through a game.  Still nice to have a way to turn it off.
