No Celebrity Opportunities in Sunset Valley?

Hello,
Hope I'm posting at the right place.

I'm currently playing in Sunset Valley with nrass Story Progression. I have The sims 3 + World Adventure + Late Night + Ambition + Pets.
In my options I haven't ticked off anything to do with Celebrities (only vampire, i don't want them) yet I have no Celebrity showing up in Sunset Valley. I have a movie studio and only one famous actor (4 stars with a little help from me).

But what worries me more is that no celebrity opportunities show up. I only get normal opportunities and it's really frustrating.
Does anyone know what could be wrong? How come I get absolutely no celeb opportunities ?
Do I need more Celebs? A lounge bar and other night spots ?

Night clubs would improve the frequency of them but there are opps for the film studio and the school and the hospital too but the most common ones are the night clubs

More celebs will help, because you'll get opportunity to befriend them.
Do you tick the opt household from celeb opps? If yes, no celeb opps will come.
And celeb opps will occur more frequently if your sim is already a celeb, especially with more stars.
Everytime I play in SV, there'll always be one star celeb townies when using EA story progression, not nraas one.
