Problems saving into library *Fixed!!*

Hi! I'm having problems trying to save a sim in the library.
I already have her saved but now my sim has more skills so I would like to have the most skilled sim saved. The problem is that when I go into edit town and choose her household it says it's proceeding to save and seems like it has succeeded but when I go in to the archives I only have the original sim, not the skilled one.

Okay.

Export your sim from the library using the Share function. This is to make sure you have a backup. Once you've done that, minimize or quit the game and make absolutely SURE it has exported properly.

Then delete the sim from your library/neighbourhood bin, then see if you can export.
