This lot is intended to replace "For Lease" at 2 Rojo Road in downtown Midnight Hollow. Originally, it's five separate odd shaped buildings which are empty save for a few shelves and stuff so you can make your own store. I condensed it down to just a couple of buildings and made it a hangout.
