Marrying your Uni Sims

So, not sure if this has come up, but my Sim was dating a fellow University student and invited him over during the term break and they got married. Now only one of them can go to University at a time. Is there any way they can both attend University (like I was doing something wrong when enrolling) or is this standard? Does he just sit around waiting for me in vanilla 3? Can I log into vanilla and play him separate? Just unsure as this is a new situation now.

I'm trying to figure this out also....my sim tried for a baby on a visit with his University romantic interest and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to see the baby/have the Uni sim move to Sunset Valley.

Call Sim -> Invite Over Foreign Visitors.

That's how you get the Uni sim to Sunset Valley
