Stuff has disappeared

So I was playing this morning and my game crashed.  When I started to play again tonight I got a weird message that items would be replaced.  I started to play and noticed a lot of my downloads are missing.  I tried a new town stuff still missing.  Download launcher shows a lot of stuff  not downloaded.  Went to regular launcher and ran through the install for items.   Things appear to be still missing.  Has anyone had this problem before and have any advice.
