Placing a Broom Arena

I've searched for this already, and come up dry. One of my sims is a witch, and wants to take a joyride on her broom. Isla Paradiso has no broom area, so how do I place one? Please, be as specify as you can; I can't even find the arena in the buy or build catalogues.

I found it. It's under Buy mode, sort by room: outdoors, filter by game: Supernatural.

Go to Buy mode, Sort by Function, Entertainment (the football), Hobbies and Skills (the telescope), then sort on Supernatural (the dark green circle with the lighter green diamond in it), and it will be pretty close to the end. Mine is third from the end, between a magic wand and the Gem-U-Cut Machine.

I edited the Elixir store to have a Broom Arena and a Vault of Antiquity, and saved it to my library. When I go to a new town, I place that version so I have everything. Saves time.

Oh, I meant to say that my Elixir store also has the Arboretum and the Gypsy Wagon. Kind of a tight fit, but it's handy! :-)
