Woohooer Mod Problem

Hi Everyone,

I accidentally turned off my NRAAS woohooer mod and now it seems that my two sims cannot have ANY romantic interactions short of taking a romantic photo together. I read that some people have where they can see it but it's greyed out, but I don't see options at all. When I click NRAAS on a sim, the option to adjust settings have disappeared. I think I turned it off mistakenly and cannot figure out how to turn it back on or if it's even causing the issue on the romantic interactions.

I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

To turn a mod back on, click on the city hall.  It should give you the menu from there so you can turn it back on.
