Why do some downloaded houses lose Name and Info and How do I fix it?

I have downloaded several houses from this site and a few others.  But when I get in game, some of the houses have no name/title or info listed.  Any idea why this happens and is there anything I can do?  The only thing I can think of is place each house, edit name and info, then resave to my library.  But I'm guilty of binge downloading then forgetting where house came from or who made it.

Some houses don't have their name and descriptions filled out because either the uploader has forgotten to fill out the houses details, or doesn't know how to.

I don't think there is anyway to fix it other than what you are doing - place the house, put in it's name and description and then resave it.

MrsFlynn is right.
I know I'm guilty of not thinking to add a name or info to some of the houses I've uploaded. I'll give all the info in the forum thread but didn't add it in game before exporting it.
