(I took the original training grounds from Appaloosa Plains and enclosed it. I also added an upstairs bar (with professional bar so you'll spawn a mixologist for drinks and bar snacks).)
[Note: If you place this on the 60 x 60 lot in AP, I would go into World Editor and remove some trees around that lot because there are several that will, otherwise, poke right through the walls of the arena which looks weird. If you run into any problems with the jumps, try deleting and replacing the lot, or use the build on this lot cheat and replace the glitched jumps. I've had it happen with jumps before. If you have the ability to reset objects in the game, then that will work as well.]
