Custom house help

Ok so I downloaded 3 custom lot from TSR lastnight. I installed them with the launcher opened my game and went into edit town. Now 2 of the lots placed just fine, the third one however will not place. I place it to a lot and says processing, then when it zooms in to rotate and stuff the lot is empty. I have tried everything! I put a fence on the lot then bulldozed the lot, that didn't work. I placed a random lot and tried to place the house there, that didn't work. I uninstalled the house redownloaded it and tried again and it didn't work. Any ideas?

Ask the creator of the lot for help.  Maybe it uses an expansion pack that you don't have or a different patch level? Best bet would be to ask the creator though.

Only base game is needed. I got all 3 houses from the same creator... I have no idea why this one house is being a pain
