How do you handle your Bladder need in a tomb?
« on: April 30, 2014, 02:08:27 AM »
I've been reading your handy guide of how to survive when tomb raiding, but it doesn't cover how to avoid embarrassing accidents while exploring.
So, how do you deal with your bladder need when in a tomb? I doubt every tomb has a conveniently-placed toilet.

If you don't mind using cheats, I use to use the testingcheats and then just slide the bladder bar up when they had to go.  At least I was able to explore the tombs and not worry about it. :)
Is it true that cannibals don't eat clowns because they taste funny?

One of the first rewards I buy for my Sims is the Steel Bladder reward.  Never worry about finding a bathroom again!  However, in your particular situation, you could buy the shower in a can at the general store and use it after your Sim's bladder accident.  I don't know if it will remove an embarrassed moodlet, but your Sim will be otherwise back to normal.

There is no need to manage it. The bladder need does not decay while raiding tombs.

Well, my goodness.  How have I raided all of these tombs and not realized the bladder need didn't decay?  Probably because my Sims always have the Steel Bladder reward.  Very interesting.

Yep, it's true. This is the first time playing WA legit, so that's why I asked.

It's a quirk of the game; bladder will not decay if you're on any lot that doesn't have a toilet. I like using that to my advantage. ;)

Trip, I have never noticed that, but you must be right. I always thought it was just a tomb thing, but the other night my Sim was on a date, and I was anxioius about the fact that his bladder was almost full with no toilet around that particular lot, but no accident happened. Now I know why.
