Sim blob...how do I fix it??? Please

My sim just had twins and one of the twins don't even show up on the icon or in the game she is an invisible baby. But then you see this glitch line running across the screen. I tried the resets I'm first name last name and it didn't help I still can't see my sim baby.

Can someone please walk me through fixing this?

You probably have bad CC that is incorrectly assigned to babies. Check out Crinrict's list of bad CC clothes and look through Installed Content in your Launcher for anything that's on the list.

Worse comes to worst and you can't find the offending piece, make a factory reset folder and place your save in there.
