Toddler Skill Books
« on: September 18, 2010, 02:50:08 AM »
I'm making a list of all the books used for skilling, but the toddler books don't say which skills they develop.  Finger Painting 101 seems to develop the Painting Skill, but what about Frank I'm Not?  If anyone can help me match the skills and books, I'd appreciate the help.  Here's the list of books.

Bluish Eggs with a Side of Pastrami
Counting for Those Who Cannot
Finger Painting 101
Handprints of the Masters
Squares Are Not Triangles
Frank I'm Not
Oh the Destinations You'll Briefly Visit
Don't Stay Within the Lines
Being Smart for Fun and Profit

The Jimmy Sprocket books don't sound like they develop skills, but if they do I'd like to know which ones.

Bluish Eggs with a Side of Pastrami - Cooking?
Counting for Those Who Cannot - Logic?
Finger Painting 101 - Painting.
Handprints of the Masters - Painting.
Squares Are Not Triangles - Logic?
Frank I'm Not - Not Sure
Oh the Destinations You'll Briefly Visit - I am guessing something to do with adventuring?
Don't Stay Within the Lines - Painting.
Being Smart for Fun and Profit - Not Sure.

I am only going by the names of the books here:

Sounds good samoht04.  That is what I was thinking too.  For "Frank I'm Not"  what about charisma?  Frank not being a name of a person, but being frank when communicating.  Make sense?  Also for "Being Smart for Fun and Profit" feels like it would go towards a business career.  Don't know how, but it feels right.  Not sure what traits or skills help in business, I think there really aren't any skills needed for business.

There are only 3 skills that the toddler books help with.

1. Writing
2. Painting
3. Logic

They are color coded within those skills aka, all the green ones are _______ (fill in the blank with appropriate skill).  Same goes for the other colors.  I do know that the black/yellow colored ones are Painting skill books.

Logic:  Counting for those who cannot; Squares are not triangles; Being smart for fun and profit

Writing:  Bluish eggs with pastrami; Frank I'm not; Oh the destinations you'll briefly visit

Painting:  Finger painting; Handprints of the masters; Don't stay within the lines

As previously noted, the Jimmy Sprocket books don't build any skills.

Look at the cover of the books, the ones that look the same will go toward the same skills. So if you can figure out one of the covers you can figure out each of them because they are the same.
