Barnacle Bay Crashes

Sorry if this has been posted else where, but I am having problems with Barnacle Bay, after harassing my boyfriend to buy me simpoints to get it, it crashes all the time, don't have this problem with any other town, and I have tried an uninstall and reinstall of Barnacle Bay, anyone else having this problem?

There is a thread about it. http://www.carls-sims-3-forum.com/index.php/topic,2060.0.html  I continue to have problems (freezing, not crashing)but it is weird, it only happens once.  Whenever I start a new family in BB it freezes every time I start a game.  I have to end the program, but once I restart my game and go back to it, it never freezes again.  I have learned as soon as I start a family to save as soon as the game starts, so I don't have to redo CASim and/or move them into BB.  If this is not the problem you are having, I am sorry I can't be of any other help.  Hopefully someone else can help.  Good luck, I hope it works out!
