Help with Crime Never Pays Achievement

Has anyone figured out how to accomplish the Crime Never Pays achievement?  The text of the badge is maddeningly unhelpful.

A quick google search revealed be a Con Artist and get arrested/go to jail.

I got it without trying. My criminal in the proper job level simply went to work as usual and was arrested. Going into jail the cops took away his apple so the other prisoners wouldn't be jealous!
