Building a Mall

Ah nice. Unfortunately I'm unable to get stuff from the sims 3 exchange.... Which really sucks cos there are alot of good lots. 

In response, I took the time to create a post for the mall in the swap shop.

I was always thinking of building a mall but like those small roadside shops w/ a few different shops.
1. A café w/ coffee bar from University
2. A consignment shop
3. A elixir shop
4. A salon
5. A bot shop or art gallery

Thanks for this thread and I will accept all other ideas. If I get around to building it I will include images.
