My avatar won't come up

help me I want my sim avatar! so I did everything but it just says that my avatar is either to big or not an avatar!
so i did create her, clicked 'share sim' opened launcher and then tried to upload this by editing profile and adding it wit did I do wrong? help me pweeze!

If you're referring to the avatars on the forum, you have to upload a picture. What I did was upload my Sim to the exchange, and then save the small picture of her from my studio to then upload here. Hope this helps.
